Thank you for choosing Clap & Find – Anti-Theft. For the purposes of this Terms of Service (the “Terms”), "Clap & Find – Anti-Theft", "we", or "us" refers to GUAVA BRAVO TECHNOLOGY LLC, located at 2nd Street, Lane I, No. 7, Tskhordza Village, Akhaltsikhe Municipality, Georgia.

By accessing or using any part of our services—including but not limited to:

the Clap & Find – Anti-Theft mobile application (the “App”), or
the associated website available at https://clapfind.guavabravotechnology.com (the “Website”),

— collectively referred to as the “Service”, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the App or the Website.

Privacy & EULA

Your privacy is important to us. Clap & Find – Anti-Theft collects, uses, and transfers your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and can be found here: Privacy Policy.

The End User License Agreement (EULA) is also an essential part of this Agreement. You can access the EULA at the following link: EULA.

Modification to the Terms of Service

Clap & Find – Anti-Theft may update or modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. By continuing to use the Service after any changes are made—including by maintaining your account—you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. The most current version will apply to all ongoing and future use of the Service, as well as to any disputes arising after the Terms are updated.

Eligibility

You may not use or access the Service if you are legally unable to enter into a binding agreement with Clap & Find – Anti-Theft. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old—or the legal age of majority in your country —and that you have the full legal right, authority, and capacity to accept and comply with these Terms. You also affirm that you are fully able to meet all responsibilities outlined in these Terms. If you are under the required age, you must not use the Service.

Service Description

Clap & Find – Anti-Theft offers a range of core features designed to help users locate their devices and enhance anti-theft protection:

Clap Detection – Utilizes the device’s microphone to recognize clap-like sounds. When detected, the app responds with an audible alert, vibration, or activation of the flashlight to help locate the device.
Motion Alarm – Monitors movement through the phone’s built-in motion sensors. If unexpected movement or handling is detected, an alarm is triggered to deter unauthorized access.
Anti-Theft Mode – Sends an alert when the device is lifted or removed from a stationary location, such as a pocket, table, or bag, enhancing real-time theft prevention.
Charger Disconnect Alert – Activates a loud alarm if the device is unplugged from its charger without user authorization, helping to prevent theft during charging in public or unattended areas.

Payments

Clap & Find – Anti-Theft is free to use. The App does not require any subscription fees or payments and all features are available without charge.

User Account

Some features of the Service may require you to set up an account (“Account”). By doing so, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration and to keep that information current at all times.

You are fully responsible for any activity that occurs under your Account, including actions taken by others, whether or not you authorized them. If you suspect that your Account, email address, or password has been accessed without your permission, please contact us right away.

Intellectual property

Clap & Find – Anti-Theft exclusively owns all rights, title, and interest, including all related intellectual property rights, in and to our technology, content, the Service, and any suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests, feedback, recommendations, or other information provided by you or any other party related to Clap & Find – Anti-Theft. The company name, logo, and product names associated with Clap & Find – Anti-Theft are trademarks of GUAVA BRAVO TECHNOLOGY LLC or third parties. No rights or licenses are granted to you for their use. Copying, redistribution, use, or publication of any such materials or any part of Clap & Find – Anti-Theft is strictly prohibited. You do not acquire any ownership rights to content, documents, or other materials viewed through Clap & Find – Anti-Theft.

Clap & Find – Anti-Theft grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-assignable, and time-limited license (the “License”) to download, install, and use the App on a compatible device that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Prohibited Uses

By using our Service, you agree that you will not:

Use the Service in any way that harms or poses a risk to our business, reputation, employees, subscribers, facilities, or any individual;
Rent, lease, lend, sell, resell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Service without our prior written consent;
Remove, bypass, disable, damage, or interfere with any security features or restrictions designed to protect or limit use of the Service;
Intentionally disrupt or damage the operation of the Service, including by uploading or spreading spam, viruses, malware, spyware, worms, or other harmful code;
Attempt to compromise the security of any device or system connected to the Internet, including but not limited to port scanning or unauthorized access attempts;
Use the Service to facilitate or support copyright enforcement through data collection, retention, or any privacy-invading actions;
Participate in any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activities such as spamming, hacking, identity theft, financial fraud, or distribution of harmful content.

Third Party Content

The Service may include content from third parties or links to third-party websites. Any dealings, agreements, or terms related to such third-party content are strictly between you and the third party involved. Clap & Find – Anti-Theft and its licensors are not responsible or liable for any interactions, purchases, or promotions that occur between you and these third parties.

Unless clearly stated, Clap & Find – Anti-Theft does not endorse any external sites linked through the Service, and shall not be held accountable for any content, products, or services available on those sites.

We advise you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party content you access through the Service.

Automatic Updates and Upgrades

Clap & Find – Anti-Theft may modify the Service, including any features or aspects, when deemed necessary for security, legal compliance, maintaining functionality, incorporating technological improvements, or enhancing the user experience. By using the Service, you agree to receive automatic updates. All updates or upgrades will be considered part of the Service and will remain subject to these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, (1) THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, AND (2) Clap & Find – Anti-Theft AND ITS LICENSORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Clap & Find – Anti-Theft DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

(I) THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS;

(II) THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR FREE FROM ERRORS;

(III) THE RESULTS FROM USING THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE;

(IV) THE QUALITY OF ANY SERVICES OR INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL SATISFY YOUR EXPECTATIONS; OR

(V) ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE FIXED.

FURTHERMORE, Clap & Find – Anti-Theft MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING ANY THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS.

Limitation of liabilities

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL Clap & Find – Anti-Theft OR ITS AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, THIRD-PARTY PARTNERS, LICENSORS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, RELIANCE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES ARISING FROM FAILED LEGAL ACTIONS OR DISPUTES, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR REVENUE, LOSS OF EXPECTED PROFITS, OR ANY OTHER FINANCIAL OR NON-FINANCIAL LOSSES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, OR ANY OTHER INTERACTIONS WITH Clap & Find – Anti-Theft.

Indemnification

Subject to the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Clap & Find – Anti-Theft and its affiliates, including their officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses— including reasonable attorneys’ fees—arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any laws or regulations, or infringement of any third party’s rights in connection with your use of or access to the Service.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement, including any documents incorporated by reference and any amendments made from time to time by Clap & Find – Anti-Theft, constitutes the complete and exclusive agreement between you and Clap & Find – Anti-Theft concerning the Services. It supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, related to the same subject matter.

Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia, along with international copyright laws and treaties, without applying conflict of law rules. Any disputes related to this Agreement must be resolved only in the courts located in Georgia.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Termination

Clap & Find – Anti-Theft reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without prior notice, and for any reason. Additionally, we may modify or discontinue the Service or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. Clap & Find – Anti-Theft will not be liable to you or any third party for any such suspension, termination, restriction, modification, or discontinuation.

You may end your use of the Service at any time by uninstalling the App completely.
